Texas High School Football - Center defeated by Daingerfield

September 19, 2025: Center, TX 75935

The Daingerfield Tigers were victorious over the host Center Roughriders football team by a score of 38-27 in Friday's non-league test.

The Tigers now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Redwater for a 3A-2 Region III District 10 test on Friday, September 26. Daingerfield will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 20-18 non-league loss to New Diana (Diana, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 0-4.

The Roughriders (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Madisonville (Madisonville, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Madisonville was defeated by Columbus (Columbus, TX), 28-13, in a non-league outing.
