The Centerville Big Reds/Redettes football squad scored 50 points and limited the host Davis County Mustangs to 14 in the Big Reds/Redettes league triumph on Friday.

The Big Reds/Redettes now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Pella Christian for a 2A Group 7 challenge on Friday, September 26. Centerville will face a Eagles team coming off a 58-27 league loss to Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.

The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Albia (Albia, IA). The Blue Demons go into the 2A Group 7 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Albia was ripped by South Tama County (Tama, IA), 26-14, in a league challenge.
