The Sailors (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Hudson (Hudson, IA). The Pirates come into the 1A District 4 match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Hudson defeated Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA), 28-6, in a league battle.

The J-Hawks now have a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Union for a 1A District 4 battle on Friday, September 26. Jesup will play a Knights team coming off a 25-7 league win over Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Knights record now stands at 4-0.
