Indiana High School Football - Decatur Central trounces Mooresville

September 19, 2025: Mooresville, IN 46158

In Friday's league match, the visiting Decatur Central Hawks football squad scored a decisive 73-27 triumph over the Mooresville Pioneers.

The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Plainfield (Plainfield, IN). The Quakers come into the Mid-State match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Plainfield routed Greenwood (Greenwood, IN), 49-14, in a league match.

In their next game, the Pioneers play the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN) in a Mid-State challenge, on Friday, September 26. Mooresville will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Grizzly Cubs go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 42-41 league loss to Martinsville (Martinsville, IN).
