The DeKalb Barbs walloped the host Stagg Chargers football team by a score of 41-0 in Friday's league test.

The Barbs now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln-Way Central for a Southwest Valley - Red test on Friday, September 26. DeKalb will meet a Knights squad coming off a 17-12 league loss to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Knights record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Stagg drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL) to face the Boilermakers in a Southwest Valley - Red challenge on Friday, September 26. The Boilermakers enter the challenge with a record of 4-0. Bradley-Bourbonnais won 35-22 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Mary's South Side (St. Louis, MO)
