In their next game, the Quarriers face the Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD) in a Dakota 12 challenge, on Friday, September 26. Dell Rapids will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 20-7 league win over Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD).

With the defeat, Milbank drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Vermillion (Vermillion, SD) to meet the Tanagers in a Dakota 12 test on Friday, September 26. The Tanagers come into the test with a record of 1-3. Vermillion lost 34-15 in their recent league test against Madison (Madison, SD)
