The DeQuincy Tigers football team scored 52 points and held the host Oberlin Tigers to 20 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Lakeview Gators (Campti, LA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 26. DeQuincy will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Gators enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 62-0 non-league loss to Woodlawn-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA).

The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their game against East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, East Beauregard was ripped by Crowley (Crowley, LA), 42-26, in a non-league outing.
