The Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) football trounced the visiting Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME), 35-0 in Friday's league outing.
The Ponies now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to York for a C North outing on Friday, September 26. Foxcroft Academy will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 58-12 league loss to Leavitt (Turner, ME). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.
With the defeat, Old Town drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME) to battle the Huskies in a non-league contest on Friday, September 26. The Huskies enter the contest with a record of 1-2. Maine Central Institute lost 60-22 in their recent non-league contest against Madison (Madison, ME)
