Nebraska High School Football - Wahoo triumphant over Gross Catholic

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Wahoo Warriors (Wahoo, NE) and the host Gross Catholic Cougars (Omaha, NE), saw Wahoo's football team triumph over Gross Catholic by a final score of 49-0.

With the win, Wahoo advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Warriors host Douglas County West (Valley, NE) to encounter the Falcon in a C1 District 3 battle on Friday, September 26. The Falcon go into the battle with a record of 1-3. Douglas County West lost 19-14 in their recent non-league battle against Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE)

The Cougars now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boys Town for a C1 District 2 match on Friday, September 26. Gross Catholic will confront a Cowboys squad coming off a 22-10 non-league win over Lincoln Lutheran (Lincoln, NE). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-2.
