The Pinecrest Academy Paladins tipped the host Harvester Christian Academy Hawks football squad by a margin of 44-42 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Paladins now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Johnson Ferry Christian Academy for a GAPPS AA Region 1 (9 Man) outing on Friday, October 3. Pinecrest Academy will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 65-48 non-league win over Praise Academy (Powder Springs, GA). The Saints record now stands at 2-3.
The Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Lafayette Christian (LaGrange, GA). The Cougars enter the GAPPS AA Region 2 (9 Man) game with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Lafayette Christian edged Hearts Academy (Powder Springs, GA), 60-0, in a non-league outing.
