The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Herculaneum Black Cats (Herculaneum, MO) and the visiting St. Vincent Indians (Perryville, MO), witnessed Herculaneum's football squad knock off St. Vincent by a tally of 28-13.

The Black Cats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cuba (Cuba, MO). The Wildcats enter the Quad County contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Cuba was toppled by Jefferson (Festus, MO), 64-16, in a league contest.
