California High School Football - Mt. Pleasant beat Hill

The Mt. Pleasant Cardinals football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Hill Falcons to 14 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prospect for a Santa Teresa - Valley game on Thursday, September 25. Mt. Pleasant will face a Panthers team coming off a 39-8 league win over James Lick (San Jose, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.

Coming up next, the Falcons confront the San Jose Bulldogs (San Jose, CA) in a West Valley contest, on Thursday, September 25. Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 28-6 non-league loss to Silver Creek (San Jose, CA).
