North Carolina High School Football - Reagan sneaks past Lake Norman

September 19, 2025: Mooresville, NC 28117

The Reagan Raiders football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Lake Norman Wildcats to 21 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a Central Piedmont 7A/8A challenge, on Friday, October 3. Reagan will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 29-27 non-league loss to Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Greyhounds enter the North Piedmont 6A/7A challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Statesville held off West Stokes (King, NC), 35-7, in a non-league challenge.
