Virginia High School Football - Middlesex tops Lancaster

The Middlesex Chargers football team scored 16 points and restricted the visiting Lancaster Red Devils to 6 in the Chargers non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Chargers face the Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 26. Middlesex will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mathews (Mathews, VA).

The Red Devils (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA). The Firebirds come into the non-league test with a 1-3 record.
