In Friday's league game, the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) football team triumphed over the host Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV), by a final score of 41-6.

With the win, Lowry advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Buckaroos host South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA) to encounter the Vikings in a 3A Northern contest on Friday, September 26. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 3-3. South Tahoe lost 50-7 in their recent league contest against Elko (Elko, NV)

Coming up next, the Railroaders battle the Dayton Dust Devils (Dayton, NV) in a 3A Northern contest, on Friday, September 26. Sparks will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Dust Devils enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 42-6 league loss to Truckee (Truckee, CA).
