The Cardinals now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Knott County Central for a 2A District 7 outing on Friday, September 26. Martin County will battle a Patriots team coming off a 54-12 non-league win over Phelps (Phelps, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 5-0.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Pike County Central (Pikeville, KY). The Hawks enter the 2A District 8 game with a 1-3 record.
