Texas High School Football - Sherman falls to McKinney North

September 19, 2025: Sherman, TX 75090

The McKinney North Bulldogs felled the host Sherman Bearcats football team by a score of 33-14 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX) in a 5A-1 Region II District 5 test, on Friday, September 26. McKinney North will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Wolverines come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 14-10 league win over Reedy (Frisco, TX).

With the defeat, Sherman drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Centennial (Frisco, TX) to face the Titans in a 5A-1 Region II District 5 challenge on Friday, September 26. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Centennial lost 41-0 in their recent league challenge against Lone Star (Frisco, TX)
