Wapsie Valley Warriors (Fairbank, IA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Midland Eagles (Wyoming, IA), 54-6 in a league battle.

With the triumph, Wapsie Valley upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA) to meet the Wildcats in a A District 4 match on Friday, September 26. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 3-1. Maquoketa Valley won 10-3 in their recent league match against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA)

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs go into the A District 4 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, East Marshall was ripped by Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA), 10-3, in a league challenge.
