Pennsylvania High School Football - Western Wayne sneaks past Old Forge

The Western Wayne Wildcats football squad scored 21 points and limited the host Old Forge Blue Devils to 14 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Honesdale for a Lackawanna 2 test on Friday, September 26. Western Wayne will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 49-8 non-league loss to Valley View (Archbald, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-4.
The Blue Devils (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA). The Lions go into the Lackawanna 3 challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Lackawanna Trail nipped Mid Valley (Throop, PA), 49-27, in a non-league challenge.
