Ohio High School Football - Pymatuning Valley triumphant over St. John

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Pymatuning Valley Lakers (Andover, OH) and the visiting St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH), witnessed Pymatuning Valley's football squad wallop St. John by a tally of 52-14.

The Lakers (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH). The Skippers go into the Northeastern bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Harding smashed Mathews (Vienna, OH), 48-0, in a league bout.

The Fighting Herald now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Grand Valley for a Northeastern bout on Friday, September 26. St. John will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 49-13 non-league loss to Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
