The Sahuaro Cougars got by the host Sahuarita Mustangs football team by a score of 14-10 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 26. Sahuaro will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Sabercats come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 40-6 league win over San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ).

With the defeat, Sahuarita drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mica Mountain (Tucson, AZ) to meet the Thunderbolts in a non-league test on Friday, September 26. The Thunderbolts come into the test with a record of 2-2. Mica Mountain lost 14-10 in their recent non-league test against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ)
