Nebraska High School Football - Tri County crushed by Sandy Creek

The Sandy Creek Cougars overwhelmed the visiting Tri County Trojans football squad by a margin of 48-8 in Friday's league test.

The Cougars now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thayer Central for a D1 District 7 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 26. Sandy Creek will meet a Titans squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Titans record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Tri County drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Southern (Wymore, NE) to face the Raiders in a D1 District 7 (8 Man) challenge on Friday, September 26. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 1-3. Southern lost 64-18 in their recent league challenge against Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE)
