The Rolling Meadows Mustangs football squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Maine East Blue Demons to 8 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elk Grove for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Rolling Meadows will meet a Grenadiers squad coming off a 14-8 non-league win over Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Grenadiers record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Maine East drops to 0-1 on the season.
