The Apaches (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Burbank (Burbank, CA). The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Burbank got by Pasadena (Pasadena, CA), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Cubs meet the Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 20. Mayfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 13-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA).
