In Friday's non-league outing, the host Bell Griffins soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 triumph over the Capital City Public Charter School EAGLES.
With the triumph, Bell moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to MacArthur (Washington, DC) to clash with the Mammoths in a DCIAA test on Wednesday, September 24. The Mammoths come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The EAGLES now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they host British School for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. Capital City Public Charter School will clash with a team coming off a 1-1 non-league BASIS (Washington, DC). The record now stands at 0-2.
