In Friday's non-league outing, the host Spring Valley Grizzlies soccer team scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles.

With the triumph, Spring Valley advances its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV) to clash with the Roadrunners in a 4A Southern - Mountain test on Tuesday, September 30. The Roadrunners come into the test with a record of 6-4.

The Eagles now have a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Equipo Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. Somerset Sky Pointe will clash with a Yeti team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Moapa Valley (Overton, NV). The Yeti record now stands at 1-6.
