Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Big Sandy Wildcats (Big Sandy, TX) and the visiting Union Hill Bulldogs (Gilmer, TX), observed Big Sandy's volleyball team top Union Hill by a tally of 3-0.

The Wildcats (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Linden-Kildare (Linden, TX). The Tigers go into the 2A Region III District 18 test with a 6-3 record.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. Union Hill will face a team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Harleton (Harleton, TX). The record now stands at 0-6.
