In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Community Christian Warriors.

The Fighting Tigers (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Maroons come into the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Madisonville-North Hopkins beat Caldwell County (Princeton, KY), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Bullitt Central Cougars (Shepherdsville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Community Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Eastern (Louisville, KY).
