California High School Volleyball - Lone Peak tips Centennial

September 19, 2025: Corona, CA 92881

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) and the host Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA), observed Lone Peak's volleyball team hold off Centennial by a count of 2-1.

The Knights (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA). The Sailors enter the non-league contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Newport Harbor got by Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Huskies battle the Chaminade Eagles (West Hills, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 20. Centennial will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA).
