Texas High School Volleyball - San Antonio Memorial bounced by Cole

Cole Cougars (San Antonio, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting San Antonio Memorial Minutemen (San Antonio, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the victory, Cole upgrades its record to 19-10 on the year. The Cougars host Young Women's Leadership Academy (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Cardinals in a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 8-12. Young Women's Leadership Academy lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Anthony (San Antonio, TX)

Next, the Minutemen meet the Navarro Panthers (Geronimo, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 28 test, on Tuesday, September 23. San Antonio Memorial will attempt to improve on its 11-13 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 12-15 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX).
