In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Eagan Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Moorhead Spuds.

The Wildcats (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Stillwater (Stillwater, MN). The Ponies come into the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Stillwater was beaten by Marshall (Marshall, MN), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

The Spuds now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prior Lake for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Moorhead will play a Lakers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Lakers record now stands at 8-4.
