Minnesota High School Volleyball - Jefferson held off by Prior Lake

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Prior Lake Lakers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Jefferson Jaguars.
The Lakers (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Stillwater (Stillwater, MN). The Ponies enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Stillwater got by East Ridge (Woodbury, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Jaguars meet the Marshall Tigers (Marshall, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Mankato West (Mankato, MN).
