In Friday's non-league test, the host Marshall Tigers volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Stillwater Ponies.

With the win, Marshall improves its record to 13-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Jefferson (Bloomington, MN) to face the Jaguars in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 3-7. Jefferson won 3-1 in their recent league test against Orono (Long Lake, MN)

The Ponies now own a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prior Lake for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Stillwater will face a Lakers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Lakers record now stands at 7-3.
