Arizona High School Volleyball - Northwest Christian Mica Mountain

The Mica Mountain Thunderbolts prevailed the visiting Northwest Christian Crusaders volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Thunderbolts confront the Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) in a 4A - Kino outing, on Tuesday, September 23. Mica Mountain will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Lancers come into the outing with a 8-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA).

With the loss, Northwest Christian drops to 14-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Wolves enter the contest with a record of 6-10. Desert Mountain won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Trivium Prep (Goodyear, AZ)
