The Monterey Dores volleyball squad (Monterey, CA), dropped 3-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA)

With the win, Milpitas improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Trojans host Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA) to encounter the Wildcats in a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza battle on Monday, September 22. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 9-6. Los Gatos lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA)

The Dores now own a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenfield for a Pacific Coast - Mission battle on Monday, September 22. Monterey will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to North Monterey County (Castroville, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 4-4.
