The Newark Yellowjackets prevailed the host Tatnall Hornets volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the DuPont Tigers (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 24. Newark will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
The Hornets (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Warriors enter the Independent - DISC match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Sanford fell by Dover (Dover, DE), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
