Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (10-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Priceville (Priceville, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 24-8 record.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Faith Christian Lions (Anniston, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 22. White Plains will attempt to upgrade on its 8-14 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 15-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Ashville (Ashville, AL).
