The Apache Warriors (Apache, OK) football defeated the visiting Rush Springs Redskins (Rush Springs, OK), 29-6 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Minco Bulldogs (Minco, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 9. Apache will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Mooreland (Mooreland, OK).
The Redskins (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Mangum (Mangum, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Mangum lost by Comanche (Comanche, OK), 67-39, in a non-league bout.
