The Rhinelander Hodags football team (Rhinelander, WI), was tipped 8-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Ashland Oredockers (Ashland, WI)
The Oredockers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mosinee (Mosinee, WI). The Indians come into the Great Northern challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Mosinee nipped Lakeland (Minocqua, WI), 40-7, in a league challenge.
The Hodags now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hayward/Lac Courte Oreilles for a Great Northern challenge on Friday, September 9. Rhinelander will meet a Hurricanes team coming off a 36-0 league win over Antigo (Antigo, WI). The Hurricanes record now stands at 1-2.
