The Assumption Knights football team (Davenport, IA), was beaten 34-21 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Wahlert Golden Eagles (Dubuque, IA)
The Golden Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Xavier (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Saints come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Xavier achieved victory over West Delaware (Manchester, IA), 44-7, in a non-league challenge.
