Luverne Tigers (Luverne, AL) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the host Barbour County Jaguars (Clayton, AL), 75-0 in a league test.

With the win, Luverne improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Horseshoe Bend (New Site, AL) to confront the Generals in a 2A Region 3 test on Friday, September 9. The Generals go into the test with a record of 1-1. Horseshoe Bend lost 39-6 in their recent league test against Lanett (Lanett, AL)

With the loss, Barbour County moves to 0-3 on the season. The Jaguars host LaFayette (LaFayette, AL) to confront the Bulldogs in a 2A Region 3 test on Friday, September 9. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 0-3. LaFayette lost 41-0 in their recent league test against Reeltown (Notasulga, AL)
