Kansas High School Football - Tonganoxie tipped by Basehor-Linwood

The Tonganoxie Chieftains football team (Tonganoxie, KS), was tipped 47-42 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Basehor-Linwood Bobcats (Basehor, KS)

The Bobcats (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Piper (Kansas City, KS). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Piper nipped Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS), 31-20, in a non-league challenge.

The Chieftains now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Spring Hill for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Tonganoxie will meet a Broncos team coming off a 46-13 league win over Bonner Springs (Bonner Springs, KS). The Broncos record now stands at 1-0.
