The Tekamah-Herman Tigers football team (Tekamah, NE), was ripped 40-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Centennial Broncos (Utica, NE)

The Broncos (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Fillmore Central trounced Milford (Milford, NE), 21-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ponca for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Tekamah-Herman will meet a Indians team coming off a 26-13 non-league loss to Archbishop Bergan (Fremont, NE). The Indians record now stands at 1-1.
