Nevada High School Football - Churchill County trounces Sparks

September 2, 2022: Fallon, NV 89406

In Friday's non-league match, the host Churchill County Greenwave football squad scored a big 58-6 victory over the Sparks Railroaders.

In their next game, the Greenwave clash with the Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 10. Churchill County will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 43-11 league loss to Elko (Elko, NV).

The Railroaders (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Vaqueros enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Fernley was crushed by Bishop Union (Bishop, CA), 31-22, in a non-league match.
