The Lakeside School Chiefs football team (Eufaula, AL), was beaten 43-12 in Friday's league challenge with the host Crenshaw Christian Academy Cougars (Luverne, AL)

The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chambers Academy (LaFayette, AL). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Chambers Academy achieved victory over Edgewood Academy (Elmore, AL), 49-14, in a league challenge.

The Chiefs now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Coosa Valley Academy for a AISA A Region I challenge on Friday, September 9. Lakeside School will meet a Rebels team coming off a 40-0 league loss to Lowndes Academy (Lowndesboro, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 0-3.
