The Hilldale Hornets (Muskogee, OK) football routed the host Edison Eagles (Tulsa, OK), 44-6 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Hornets face the Hale Rangers (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 9. Hilldale will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Rangers enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 47-13 non-league loss to East Central (Tulsa, OK).

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Memorial (Tulsa, OK). The Chargers enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Memorial was overwhelmed by Central (Tulsa, OK), 36-13, in a non-league bout.
