The Garfield Community Learning Center Golden Rams football team (Akron, OH), was ripped 40-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH)

The Vikings (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Louisville (Louisville, OH). The Leopards come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Louisville trounced Northwest (Canal Fulton, OH), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Golden Rams now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mayfield for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Garfield Community Learning Center will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 48-27 non-league loss to Nordonia (Macedonia, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
