In Friday's non-league game, the Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) football team smashed the visiting Glencoe Crimson Tide (Hillsboro, OR), by a score of 56-0.

The Irish (1-0) will now prepare for their game against West Linn (West Linn, OR). The Lions come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, West Linn overwhelmed North Medford (Medford, OR), 56-6, in a non-league game.
