Ohio High School Football - Greeneview held off by Northeastern

In Friday's league game, the Northeastern Jets (Springfield, OH) football team tipped the host Greeneview Rams (Jamestown, OH), by a final score of 21-20.

The Jets (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Madison Plains (London, OH). The Golden Eagles come into the Ohio Heritage game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Madison Plains was tipped by Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, OH), 45-6, in a league game.

The Rams now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fairbanks for a Ohio Heritage game on Friday, September 9. Greeneview will battle a Panthers team coming off a 20-13 league loss to Southeastern Local (South Charleston, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
