The Menaul Panthers football team (Albuquerque, NM), was ripped 54-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM)

The Longhorns (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Magdalena (Magdalena, NM). The Steers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Magdalena was ripped by Melrose (Melrose, NM), 58-8, in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mesilla Valley Christian School for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Menaul will meet a SonBlazers team coming off a 66-12 non-league loss to Fort Sumner/House (Fort Sumner, NM). The SonBlazers record now stands at 0-2.
